I Never Said It Would Be Easy


Growing attached to our things is perfectly natural..until we let it get out of hand. An important thing to remember is that most challenges can be met.

Using un intimidating methods getting out of the chaos is possible. While you will experience anxiety, you must make the choice to follow through.

It is all up to the individual to make all the choices on how de cluttering shall take place.

Set aside 15 minutes when your ready and clear one spot. Get rid of what is there by throwing it out or boxing it to give away. Give these objects no power over you. At the end of the 15 minutes STOP. You are done for now.

You may feel sad, angry or full of anxiety. Take a walk, have some tea, call a friend. You can get through this one small step at a time.
